Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A:  Shipping and handling is $9.95 per gift box to most locations within the United States.  Please contact us for shipping quotes if you would like your package shipped overnight.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A:  Yes, you may pick up your cookie order. Please contact us at 888.490.6688 to arrange a pick up time.

Q: Do you cater special events?
A:  Our Deli and Bakery caters several events a week in the greater Long Beach area. Please contact our catering department at 562.590.8790.

Q. Do your cookies contain peanuts?

A. If your recipient has a peanut allergy, we DO NOT recommend that you buy a product from us. Our cookies are produced in a bakery with other products that contain nuts.

Q. How long do your cookies remain fresh?

A. Our cookies are baked the same day we ship them to you. They are made with fresh ingredients and contain no preservatives; therefore they are best enjoyed upon arrival. If you wish to freeze them, we recommend that you microwave prior to serving for that fresh from the oven taste.

Q. I have a large order and need to ship to multiple addresses. What is the easiest way to do this?

A. Many of our corporate customers send large orders to multiple addresses, so we have created a template to facilitate the order. Please contact us by email (CustomerService@VillageCookieShoppe.com) or at 888.490.6688.  We will email you the order form and then call to get your credit card information and verify the order once it is received. For orders with 5 addresses or less, we recommend that you order each gift separately online.

Q. Can I cancel an order?

A. If your order has not already been shipped or personalized, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at 888.490.6688.

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?

A. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. We only accept money orders, cash, or personal checks in person at our bakery.

Q. Do you offer corporate discounts?

A. We do offer discounts on orders totaling $1000 or more. If you have a large order, we recommend that you use our template to input the required information and expedite the process.

Q. Can you invoice me?

A. We require individuals to use a credit card to make a purchase. If you are ordering for a company, we can set up a corporate account and extend credit once you have filled out the corporate account application. Please contact us at 888.490.6688 to complete the application.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

A. Yes. We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom of the browser window. However, you may also place your order toll-free at 888.490.6688 from 9am to 5pm pacific standard time (you can also leave a message and we will return your phone call as soon as business permits).

Q. Do you offer same day delivery?

A. Yes, if it is within our delivery area we can hand deliver the order at $15/per address or you could arrange a pick up. Please contact us at 888.490.6688 to confirm the details.

Q. Do you ship to Canada, Hawaii or anywhere outside the U.S.?

A. No. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
